This was my third time dealing with Tire Link, and once again, Jason was amazing. I called for a quote on tires for a 2020 Ford Escape, and he provided multiple options, explaining the benefits and warranties clearly. He even emailed me the quotes and was willing to get my car in for same-day service, at 4 in the afternoon! Jason is professional, efficient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'll be heading to Tire Link soon and once again highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

Yesterday, my husband and I were involved in an accident where we swerved and slammed into a cement curb, flattening both tires on the right side. We were extremely shaken. We called Tirelink and spoke with Hunter. After Jerry explained what happened, Hunter quickly recognized us as long-time, loyal customers. In fact, our adult sons and many of our friends also use Tirelink because of their excellent service. Hunter told us to bring the car in, assuring us that he would have the BMW custom tires ready for us. Our tires were brand new, having just been purchased there. When we arrived, they literally rolled out the red carpet for us. The team was sympathetic to our rattled state and immediately set to work replacing the tires. Every single serviceman there was friendly, professional, and well-groomed. It was reassuring to know they were taking such good care of our expensive car. They even gave us a discount since our tires were brand new but had been damaged in the accident. The experience was calming, and I will never use anyone else but the team at Tirelink. Hunter is a star and a tremendous asset to the company.
